- Client makes appoint by phone or email
- Appointment date and time is agreed to and a Black Rock Compost Company representative will arrive at your home or place of business
- An on-the-spot consultation takes place as choice of services discussion – a custom cedar vegetable garden, custom cedar planter boxes or a composting device or all three
- Specifications are taken and submitted to the draftsperson who will execute a rendering in a 2D or 3D dimensional and or an animated concept
- A fee is required at the time services begin — before the concept design is rendered and and will go towards the final cost
- Client will review proposal and design concepts with representative explaining in detail the design direction, labor cost, materials and company 3 year warranty
- Client will sign off on the agreed quote and proposal description
- A deposit of 60% is required with the remainder to be paid in full after the completion of the project
- Ground breaking is then scheduled at the soonest date possible
